Stick Marsh Fellsmere Fl

Look in between the palm branches  for the Hawk.

Stick Marsh  is known for the large fish  caught there.    It is a place from what we could see you need a deep well boat and  a cooler full of water to drink. Once  your out there you will not want to leave.

Odd  for us to see a rowing club off C54, we would have thought the club would have been near the ocean.

Carved out of a tree trunk  on the 507 in Fellsmere.

Look carefully, this alligator has his mouth open  out in the middle of C54 canal.  Another shot where a better camera  would have been  nice.

Yes,  I am here  and I am watching every move you make.

While we went out today for me to get my photo shots.  I tripped getting out of the truck and sprained my ankle.  Put ice cold water bottle on it to help with the swelling while we continued on our adventure.

We will probably move to the south side of the park  next week.  The  host there turned in their notice and are leaving  to go back to Oklahoma. They are homesick and having a hard time living on just his retirement.
Wish them safe travels on their trip back home, and hope they can find the extra income they need.
The south side  has a lot of mowing, we think it is done with tractor and bush hog. There is a  old home that they call the Bunkhouse. It has 2 bedrooms with 3 twin bunk beds  in each room. 2 baths, and a community kitchen and living area.  Some sprucing up and gentle cleaning on the old wood floors. Possibly reseal the wooden floors  to preserve them.
Once there, we will be alone, no other host there. Open and close the gate 8-5pm.  We will be closer to the stores and coast.  Would be nice if we was invited to stay there perm. and didn't have to worry about travels for a bit. It is a possibility, we shall see...
