Smokey Day's

 Buddy taking me for my  morning walk,

                                       
It was muggy and hard to breath this morning. We cut our walk short due to the smoke and heat.

Prescribed day burn in the park the last 2 days. Today was the worst for me breathing wise.
We decided  to try again this afternoon late  for another walk.

 If you sit still long around me  I probably will try to capture you in a camera shot.

 This fella is about 12 ft long.  He was trying to sneak up on Buddy and me, no we was NOT
in the water. We was walking across the spillway, watching  his sneaky moves.

I hope the air is easier to breathe tomorrow, so we can get outside and get some projects completed.
We are going to try to tackle the railing on the VC porches. Sand it and repaint the spindles and handrails.
Try to get the hurricane shutters off and cleaned and then get the screens down , clean them and the windows.
Pressure wash the entire building.
Still have trails to mark clearly so hikers/riders do not get lost. So many things to do here,I think if we had the time we could stay about a year to get all done and cleaned up to tip top shape. Sometime in there we need to get the mowing done and the trimming.

I am still searching for a more powerful camera with  great lens's to take the shots I know I could be getting now. I keep checking several sites  but so far what I am looking for has not shown itself.
